These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Luxiva AI. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Luxiva AI is a platform for building, configuring, and running AI agents that work with your data and connected tools.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity within your workspaces. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Plans, billing, and payments

Paid plans are billed through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

4. Points and usage

AI usage is metered in points. Plan points reset each billing period. Purchased top-up points do not expire.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to breach security, generate unlawful content, send spam, or violate applicable law.

6. Your data and content

You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide and improve the Service.

7. AI outputs

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
